ReString Sync Overview

Sync is a round co-poly designed for control and feel. It serves as the control option in our lineup.

The signature snapback coating creates slippery string movement that generates spin and makes the string more durable, since the friction isn't wearing down the string as quickly.

The coating is also integrated throughout the string rather than just applied to the surface, which makes the string play better for longer.

The round profile provides a traditional connection to the ball. You get that familiar feel where the ball pockets into the stringbed and gives you clear feedback on contact.

Round strings also naturally hold up better than shaped profiles because they don't have edges that catch and wear down quickly. This means you get superior durability and less notching.

The string is available in 18G (1.20mm), 17G (1.25mm), and 16G (1.30mm) gauges to suit different player preferences. Thinner gauges offer more feel, while thicker gauges provide extra durability.

Sync is sustainably packaged in FSC-certified recycled paper. This reflects our commitment to reducing environmental impact across all our products.

Solinco Tour Bite Overview

Tour Bite is a control-oriented square co-poly designed with bite at the forefront.

This string is the control option in Solinco's lineup. It sits alongside the more power-driven Hyper G in the same way Sync relates to Zero in our range.

The grip on the ball from square edges helps you hit angles on court and provides spin on heavy cuts and angled shots.

However, the square shape leads to faster notching compared to round strings. Those four edges catch against each other during string movement, which creates wear points more quickly.

The string coating also sits on the outside of the string. This surface coating wears down quicker than integrated coatings like the one found in Sync.

Which String Should You Choose?

Choose Sync if you want better feel and control with superior snapback and durability. The round profile gives you a traditional connection to the ball and a fresher feel for longer.

Choose Tour Bite if you want control and bite that a square shape delivers. Or you could consider Vivo, our own shaped control and spin string with exceptional Racketpedia ratings.
